Did any idea appear on my contacts.... need help!?

Named any type, that John Oneil" appeared in my e-mail, turns and began Instant for me data transfer. I asked, whoever was this, and he/it said, thereß I on HIS/ITS contacts all these strange questions after nursing had appeared and asked, and if I do it, and as often and any really crazy stuff... I continued to speak with him/it, because I wanted to find out, from where he/it was, and why he/it spoke with me. Während I this did, I got his/its IP-Adresse and looked up for him/it, but it declared an address, that comes up 701 first Aves as headquarters, him/it in Sunnyvale CA. as I asked, whether that was his/its address he/it, that was said, that it was in the habit of being. strange!

Therefore what I want to know, is there to get information from someones IP-Adresse anyway without paying for it? It really creeped I from.

Oh and I let his/its e-mail also addressed and asked whether there was anyway to get info, the way?
