What could a tender uterus mean, not-pregnant?

I feel myself beaten in the uterus like somebody! I didn\'t have any sex recently. But I had 5 months before a c-Teil, but I nevertheless nurse. Period is not here and es\'s been easily all times, that it lost after the c-Teil, pünktlich also, my period now was before due some days. I place auf\'t has differently all others piece of information to give, as it is tender, if I go, you sit, you move incorrectly, and it gets this Annoys! Es\'s now been like this für 4 Tage-Gerade.
