Ask concerning a backed breast grief...?

IchIch looked for information and keep, that doesn\'t come on anything,.. one month long was my left breast very sore and painful.. almost like one before menstral-Gefühl however much much worse.. hurt touching itself/themselves or attracted clothing, and it felt very hard.., I don\'t nurse, I rushed to the Doc, the an ultrasound nothing did and found,.. the pain went finally away... this morning awake I with the seed pain only more badly on, on the right side.. I doesn\'t get my period.. I was not pregnant, havent in 5 years, and while the doctor the first side in that he/it, that I must have hurt myself, said copied,.. now is on the other side.. everyone experienced such a matter.. is not it red or became distorted simply very sore and hard.., not a lump.. like the whole breast, you, if your milk enters,... and only the a side..., no closing or some two one(s), HELP!
