Birth control possibilities, while nursing?

I am due in 4 weeks and surprised, which types of birth control work the best while they nurse. I have Googled it and the unmitigated piece of information, overpowered. I also spoke dafür with my doctor. But I thought, thereß I would get, some of other mothers discuss.

from Ethel Well, condoms work well, as moos dose birth control pills, and an IUD also, kupferne-T or Mirena, no one should interfere also with your milk supply. Devils sie\'wieder doing of the sponge again, and that is type of effective, condoms work better.

We relied on condoms, a kupferne-T and back then to condoms and never become pregnant, if we didn\'t wish us and no problems with milk supply.
