Did anybody nurse successfully, during using of Infliximab\'s (Remicade) infusions?

Hello,
I have Crohn of \'s Disease and have bi-monatliche infusions by 5mg/kg Infliximab (Remicade) presently. I am fbeen ür 2 years, with shiny results, now at this treatment. But I now am pregnant 3 months and despairs w to find somebody, that had successful nursing experiences,ährend on this medication. I even decided my heart had on nursing, before I fell pregnant, and I want to know, whether it O.K. für others was. I understand, thereß this drug an is that is placed into the type where there is not many information about it, and therefore doctors warn on the other hand. That is, why I after persit is önlicher experience as it is important for me.
MeinMein gastroenterologist left it to me upward, but he/it doesn\'t discuss to it, because, although it, the doesnt causes, to the baby harms, "it maybe the baby\'s immune system influences", whether the drug with the breast milk is isolated. I dont weiß something, to do, is everything, which I want, a healthy baby in the end and, to be healthy, itself about him/it baby aswell, to concern. Können you somebody, the private experience in it has, or a doctor please helps me, even opinions. Thanks!

Because Remicade is a type of immune system suppressant, if it is come through your milk to the baby, it could have disastrous effects on the immune system of a newborn. Nobody is sure if the drug is actually come through breast milk, but if itself your gastroenterologist fühlt, the fetus is fine retentive injections of Remicade together with you, while you are pregnant, I tend doubts highly, there is much in order to worry approximately as far as breast feeding.

That really is something, over which you must get a professional opinion. If your gastroenterologist doesn\'t has the answer, there are others, that do. I will think of your name, whether you land, finds somebody \'t with the answers. My Mutter\'s gastroenterologist is Dr. Valentine, with Shand\'s hospital in Gainesville FL, the f,ür his/its research quite famous is). ICH\'ll sees, from what she/it can find in some weeks, after she/it recovered from her/its/their surgical intervention. He/it has with thousand of Crohn gehandelt\'s-Patienten, it is his/its Spezialität, and I am sure that he/it has experience in expectant mothers on Remicade. If it is documented research isn, \'t here is I sure, thereß I it through him/it can find.

Because I lived with a loved one with the Crohn\'s my whole life, I always am glad, somebody tries to live and to more easily therefore think to help.

I advice against Monika from it for the same reasons, that your doctors Ihnen gave. Even if you some großartige personal experiences of other mommies, whom doesn\'t means, hears that you will be they for resembling as her/it. But, it is your election if you want to do it. I persönlich Hafen\'t hit all mommies with Crohns, that went on, to nurse, they believed that formula was the best route to reception. If you really then want a healthy baby, why does es\'s immune system risk? Really müssen you what is right for your baby, does and not what is right for you. And that is to be given formula to your baby maybe, that maybe the correct decision für your baby is.
DasDas drug is isolated in the breastmilk, approximately I will give you another plan to think: Did a heroin sacrifice itself, woman wants to nurse, should she/it nurse, is that the right matter in order to do for her/its/their baby???
Please I am not middle to you, I only want that you make the correct decision for your baby. be careful, I hope, thereß Ihre pregnancy well goes,;)
