Do Fenugreek or departure sow??

I take the trouble to increase my milk supply with it to nurse with Fenugreek. I went and bought some yesterday, the single type, that had the store, to which I went, was Fenugreek-Auszug, 350mg. But the ergsänzungsinformationen over the side writing says for a 2 capsule, that serves you, you get, departure and 400 mg fenugreek-Samen seed 700mg of fenugreek.
Everything says, which I read on-line, that capsules normally are between 500-600 mg. And many bottles, thereß I on-line opinion, "Fenugreek Seed" capsules, sees. Weiß pull everyone, if there is, a difference between Fenugreek-Samen and Fenugreek???

DieDie lady at the health chimney store told me that they were they for resembling. But it seems to me similarly, that I have better luck with the departure, / tincture, even if es\'s the same dosage as the seed / powder. Only however, it could be the brand, that weiß! I would go only through the number of mg, that, \'s what I do.
