Do I nurse and to check, if I can take fleet enema?

Fleet enema contains sodium phospate, but the said pharmacist is to it, should be picked up in the blood, but me with my infant ped to double check is asked. through mystic_e.... my info says that it is picked up badly, but that it was not checked during the lactation for security. Why doesn\'t use one of the one, that was assessed, and is sure:

Magnesium sulphates (epsom-Salz)
Magnesium Hydroxide (milk of magnesia)
