Is it sure to take Metamucil while it nurses?

I nurse my 4 months old exclusively, but I would like some more fiber in my food. Is it sure once per day to drink Metamucil, psyllium-Faser, or will this influence my baby somehow? Thanks to fall helpful one seems any information, because I can, \'t to find through seeking ür.

The fiber in Metamucil doesn\'t input your boodstream, therefore it doesn\'t influence your milk. Definitely gain your water reception, however! 67 percent 2 voices saves to it! ! RSS

Guarantee, that you uphold also your water reception, it makes a gigantic difference!
I had smaller constipation, while I was breast feeding, and the combo of elevated water and fiber made more difference than other food improvements (for me).

through gmdee Increase Ihre fiber reception of course as well as your water reception. Although is metamucil, completely safe it causes h maybeäufige stools in your baby, but then again with it conserves veggies. . Speak with your pediatrician whether you are concerned.
