Need helps, begun exclusively after formula feeding nursing. Do you help to please?

My baby is one week old. I am Formelfütterung been and now decided, that I would like to try nursing. I only dont knows, where beginning is! I bought a pump, after my Brüste had been become saturated in order to start to pump, before the milk dried up. I pumped since yesterday. I have some questions. How I should pump each breast long, and should I do both in a framework? When I should start, she/it on the breast and stationary formula too füttern? I only generaly muß on it any information knows, started with the counter. Un a become one astray small. Thanks so very für your help! :)
