through mommy_to... nursing is right for each mother. I wit recommends ürde to eat much fruit and vegetables, so that the milk of property tastes good, and faster the baby will learn to nurse. There are other positions für nursing, the most popular is the football grip. The hospital will teach you all these technologies. I recommend also the Womanly Art of nursing. I read most from it, before my son was born, and it gave me the confidence, that I needed. With 10 months, us, again working wonderfully still as a nurse!
